Story: Goal achievement rate
OKRs stand for “Objectives and Key Results.” It is a collaborative goal-setting methodology used by teams and individuals to set challenging, ambitious goals with measurable results. OKRs are how you track progress, create alignment, and encourage engagement around measurable goals. – What is an OKR? Definition and Examples
Last year, great resignation was a trend. This year, the company fires people and hires slowly during the recession even though there are a lot of job openings. The economy is not stable forever. We always need to prepare for high and low. As freelance, we have to generate a stable income. Once we achieved it, we have to improve our capability(skills). If you don’t have a specific mentor, no one says anything about what you need to do. We have to improve ourselves, but human is basically lazy. We don’t always put on ourselves a sense of emergency.
It’s summer 2022 and I need to prepare homework myself. How to do it? I would like to set OKR this month(hopefully each month) and I would like to be better than before at the end of August.

– Sense of why
I can imagine that it is difficult to speak to people as an author. I can see much nervousness, but this is the best performance for the speaker, I felt. Good silence and a good conclusion.
Conclusion: Make a plan and execution
People like motivational videos. Because it makes feeling good. However, there is no benefit without execution. I don’t know I can make measurable and quantifiable key results every week, but I do make a plan every week to achieve an annual goal.
