It’s a quiet Sunday morning. I reflect on the last week and prepare for this week.
YouTube recommends what I may like. I watched, The next 10 years: Why the future is better than you think by Gerd Leonhard. Positive is good for health. Positive is a basic standpoint for the entrepreneur. Positive without any clue is optimistic. It is better than pessimistic at some point.
I checked what people search about the future. I typed, future of…(empty space). Google showed a bunch of “future of work”. Looks like people worry about job security. I get that.
Yes. Some jobs will be replaced by A.I. How about web design and graphic design? Is this exist in 2030? I don’t know if I can find the answer, but anyway I searched for it.

This page is top of the Google search. McKinsey & Company is one of the global consulting firms. The layout is great. The atmosphere is sophisticated.
According to the chart of the mix of occupations, techs will be increased in 2030. Creativites and arts are relatively increased. Which do web/graphic designers belong to? Anyway, change is inevitable. Let’s keep learning.

I personally don’t have a curiosity to be a digital nomad. I work very seriously as same as a professional sports player. I care about my condition. I did not know about Roam. It is an interesting concept, but I am not sure whether is it possible after getting married? I did not see kids on the video. African people say this is an opportunity. People who live in developed countries say this is disruption. I can’t feel safe in this contrast. No border for the workforce.

I don’t believe in UBI. People find the meaning of life in work. When we contribute someone something, we find joy and satisfaction. I believe that everyone has the same or similar experience in work.

Conclusion: Complain or change
We can see that some people demonstrate against the A.I. or automation on TV. Some people require job safety from companies. It is not only the issue of blue color workers, actually some white color workers are in the same situation including an operation designer.
In this situation, transforming society, we have no power to stop it. Do you want to be like a newspaper business? or follow the trend and learn something new? Change is inevitable. Let’s move forward.
