CHICAGO ACTIVITIES

Chicago chapter has 3 geographic area groups. They are Chicago, Cincinnati and Vancouver, Canada. The chapter itself started from Chicago but as different members moved, they started their own groups in both Cincinnati and Vancouver.

Chicago is the headquarters and has two to three study sessions in a month. Usually two are conducted in Japanese language and the other is conducted in English. Cincinnati currently has only Japanese members and run about eight or nine sessions a year. Vancouver is becoming very active and usually runs monthly study session with an increasing number of attendees.

In each study session, we usually watch DVDs of Dr. Inamori’s lectures or presentations of real management experience by Seiwajyuku members. Watching DVD is usually followed by lively discussion by participants. Occasionally, we have guest speakers who are experienced Dr. Inamori’s management philosophy doers. When such a guest comes, we hold a special lecture session and the session is usually open to public.
