Overview
Originally a study group for young business owners, Seiwajuku now has more than 13,000 members. It all began in 1983 Kyoto when business owners approached Dr. Inamori eagerly wanting to learn about business management.
Motivated by the desire to provide similar opportunities to as many people as possible, Seiwajuku’s original group soon expanded to include many more members. There are currently 100 branches in the world, Japan, China, Korea, The United States and so on.
Challenge
The member understands how meaningful it is. However, they are not sure whether this strict philosophy is acceptable in the other culture, background or not. Director has tried to introduce Kyocera philosophy to local people. Then, he would like to create a synergy atmosphere beyond the nationality.
Director faced several problems. A Japanese business person who is working here belongs to the mid-big company and their company has own philosophy. He needs to understand the target culture, North US. He has to engage with local people even language barriers, English, Chinese, Spanish and Hindi if possible.

I developed Website through user experience design below.

Requirement:
– Function for counting a participant at a monthly study session
– Correspond to mulch language for member acquisition
– Mulch pages for 3 places, Chicago, Cincinnati and Vancouver
How different between Seiwajyuku Chicago and the other 99 groups? I would like to implement something local atmosphere. I used local images and member photos on that. The Chicago created the message why they exist when they established. I was not sure how many current members remember about it, but this was great. I imply it in the website.

The project hasn’t finished yet. The reason why I created a new website is a improve to new member acquisition. Hence, I have to utilize this site for marketing. There are a couple of touch points to a target, such as Facebook ad, Eventbrite, and Meetup. Member has to interact how meaningful Dr. Inamori study. Not only talk, but a member has to leave the result in business. A significantly diligent study, but member respects Dr. Inamori sincerely and be able to cultivate what life is.
