Overview
In Canada, patients sometimes have to wait so long for operation even cancer or quite a serious disease. A lot of Japanese goes back home for medication. The client had an experience of doctor’s headhunting. Therefore, He has a strong medical network there. Sending patients to Japan to cure their disease. This is the business model.
Challenge
The name is a little long. I tried an abbreviation, LHO, but it didn’t work well. I emphasized “Last Hope”.
The design concept is “Rising Star”. I also implied hope and liability. The project was required much responsibility more than the others. It’s a matter of life. I could provide a certain quality service for it.

Result
Client advertised the service on local free paper. He acquired recognition gradually. Currently, I don’t touch the business anymore, but I heard that since then he has received a couple of contacts from a patient from Canada and Japan.
It was the first client for me after I came to Vancouver, Canada. Looking back now, I’ve significantly grown. I was rookie about contract, estimate, and project management. I realized the importance of the business of design at that time.
