Story: Providing value
My work, as a freelance web/graphic designer, is not providing a visual product. It is part of work, but not a goal. I need to understand more, why a client needs it, why now, the purpose of development, expectation, how to use it after delivery. So, I have to be keen on marketing.
Every web/graphic designer or agency has a portfolio. Our work is easy to display to the world. How about a marketing agency? How do they display their value on the website? I assume that a marketing agency shows numbers, screenshots of Google Search Console and testimonials. Anything else? I searched for a marketing studio and I found a case study.
I would like to analyze case studies of marketing agencies and learn from themit.

I check Google Analytics once a few weeks. A blog that I am writing for 2 years, post once 5 days, contributes to the SEO. It’s a different topic whether they are target audience or not actually.

I visited DRIP marketing studio, Gastown, before the pandemic. They hosted a local meetup and it was not popular, only 3 people attended. Why do I remember it? Because it was valuable for me. It was intense. I asked to analyze my client’s website. I heard Google Search Console for the first time at that time. I did not know much about marketing.
Since then, I took a Udemy course and learning about Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Google Search Console since then. They would not remember me though.

Conclusion: Template for marketing success
There are many design templates on the internet. I believe that there is a formula for (digital) marketing as well. Each project may slightly require customization, but if a marketer takes that process, they will be able to receive a certain result. I am looking for it for the client’s success.
