As a web/graphic designer, I often hear concerns about the potential for AI to replace our jobs in the near future. Some designers argue that clients will need to clearly articulate their design requirements using AI tools, which would ensure that designers remain necessary. Personally, I choose not to engage in these discussions as the future is uncertain, and no one can accurately predict what will happen. However, one point worth noting is that web/graphic design continues to thrive despite the availability of numerous templates and design materials on the internet.
While I remain open to embracing new tools and technologies, I recently tested Sitekick for website design.

I expected that I can make a website, but Sitekick offers a landing page. What issues does a user face with a landing page?
According to the Chat GPT, common issues users face with landing pages include:
- Slow loading times
- Lack of clear information
- Poor design and user experience
- Non-responsive or incompatible design
- Lack of a clear call-to-action (CTA)
- Trust and credibility concerns
- Form and conversion friction
By addressing these issues, businesses can improve user satisfaction and increase conversion rates. How a user develops a landing page does not matter. What a user tell customers and how user structure websites are important. Does Sitekick solve these issues by AI features?

I looked for a sign-up or free trial, but I could not find it. Testimonials look fake or paid reviews. The FAQ does not answer a user question. A user should asks below.

– How much do I need to pay per month/year?
– How many pages I can make on Sitekick?
– Can I make a full website?
– How do you pay me back if I don’t satisfy it?
– Can I cancel it?
Sitekick requires payment and it is not a good user experience. Sitekick needs to hire a UX designer. Monetizing the service is too early.
Sitekick – Build landing pages in 5 minutes with AI

A landing page is a marketing tool. Developing speed, 5 minutes, 1 hour, 1 day, or 7 days, is not a big problem. The value of a landing page is how much increases engagement on the site. So, a user has required a wide range of knowledge to achieve the goal. For instance, Sitekick may generate a beautiful!? landing page, but a beautiful landing page does not work until it reaches target audiences and actually engages with them.
This is difficult to give a 5-star review. Need pivot.
Conclusion: Too early to evaluate
I watched the demo, but I was not impressed with the current version of Sidekick. It’s worth noting that there are other companies such as Unbounce, Kajabi, and Leadpages that offer landing page tools and provide a free trial. Additionally, these companies are planning to incorporate AI into their platforms in the near future. As a result, I am unsure about who the target audience for Sitekick is and what specific problem it aims to solve compared to other landing page tools.
It is a mystery to me.
