Story: Positive thinking

This is a part of Toastmasters project. I have to speech in front of audience in 7 minutes.

Positive thinking, or an optimistic attitude, is the practice of focusing on the good in any given situation. It can have a big impact on your physical and mental health. That doesn’t mean you ignore reality or make light of problems. It simply means you approach the good and the bad in life with the expectation that things will go well. – WebMD

According to a study conducted at the University of North Carolina, there is a significant link between positive thinking and the ways skill sets can be enhanced. The researcher theorizes that a person’s daily experiences of positive emotions will, over time, result in lower stress and higher resilience. By paying attention to your thoughts, you can make meaningful changes in your life.

Keep positive. It is easy to say when we are good condition. Focusing on the positive is an integral part of achieving success. We know that, but can we stay positive when you depressed? In our life, there are a lot of incidents about grief, sadness, melancholy ,tragedy. Incidents which completely out of control make us upset. These threats devastate our positive thinking. We often descend into a negative spiral in our life.

I willing to stay positive if it is a skill. We cannot give up our life whatever tragedy happens. We have to survive. It’s an obligation and responsibility to all of us.
