Story: Product, humanity and system for business
It’s been 5 years since I started freelancing. I am transforming the service and developing new skills each year. I enjoy working with a client who has never met before. Thanks to the internet and online marketplace, we can work whoever/wherever a client is.
I did accounting for the year 2021. It was the best year in 5 years and sales are increasing every year. However, I feel I have many issues in this business. For example,
– I am using my skills and experience, no leverage ✓
– If I faced condition issues, a business will be dead ✓✓✓
– I need to bid for the next potential project ✓
– I have invited projects frequently and worked with clients in 2021, but I cannot expect it exactly when ✓
– I can grow, but I cannot scale

I need to develop a product as well as provide a service. It’s one of the goals in 2022. Therefore, I searched about scale.
I did not focus on web design or graphic design. More about business in general.

+ Good business doesn’t rely on talent.
Very comprehensive lists and if you make a decision to scale whatever the economy/society is, you will be successful. Most people include me cannot determine it, or determination and action are different.
Conclusion: Against the scale
Scaleups sound like a trend in the United States even though it’s rarely possible to develop scaleups purposefully. Bloomberg Technology and other media always mention unicorns and numbers. Media positively celebrate their success as well as criticize once they failed.
I do prefer growth business/life rather than scale. My personality is quite former. I do not play poker or gamble. I don’t buy a lottery. I am sober. I feel it’s my life.
