Story: Subcontractor
Since the early summer of 2021, I have had stable subcontractor work. I am providing a graphic design for promotion tools and the MVP website sometimes. Not too much challenging project. I don’t have any worry about graphic design. I try to keep a quick response more than a client thinks.
I mainly contact a client by email and I faced a few miscommunications. I am waiting for a client’s response and resources, but a client asked me the current situation. The person who is in charge of thought she sent me files, but I had not received them. You may think it’s not my problem, but it’s not.
Client’s customer, client, and me as a subcontractor, I have to help a client’s success, increase their reputation better together. Therefore, I have to think about this miscommunication issue seriously even more than the client.
I am using Slack with some clients. I thought I want to use the UI in which stakeholders can see the current stage on the daily calendar, not require hour. I searched for the design project management tools.
