Story: Newsletter
After the early summer, I received the Webflow newsletter. No-Code Conf 2021. I could not participate it, but I need to know what Webflow updated.
How to build a successful powerhouse agency from zero in 3 years
©Webflow
– Not care about money
– Focus on Webflow development
– 0% upfront 100% on delivery
– Bigger better project
– Work with people who is better than me
– Self-starter
– Project-based fee
I learn that sale is important than design skills. Sales background is useful. A project-based fee is controversial. Employer can save costs, but employee has to earn personally if the agency did not lead enough projects. However, employee has to care about a schedule. Nowadays, employee requires flexibility rather than money. If employee agrees on the condition, it may be okay. I don’t want to do it though.

I am still consuming the recorded video of No-Code Conf 2021. It gave me some topics in 2022.

– Make something without business
It’s in December 2021. I am writing a blog, review 2021. There was up and down, but overall, I feel it was not bad. It will be a better year in 2022. I am not hoping. I am preparing for it.
