Story: Customer experience
When I visit a website, I can see a chatbot on the right bottom corner. I don’t have a good experience with it. Chatbot often does not provide a solution. I normally look for a human chat. I don’t know the truth or not, human chat is searching Google for providing solutions.
A client asks me to consider using a chatbot. Someone told a client that a chatbot may increase engagement. I did not familiar with it. Therefore, I searched for it.
Benefits of chatbot
– Working 24/7
The reason why ordinary workers will be replaced by A.I. robots.
– Providing quick response
The quick is okay, but I often upset when the chatbot goes the wrong direction.
– Provide accurate answers to simple questions(?)
I still haven’t faced many situations. I find an answer if it’s a simple question.
– Personalize customer experience(?)
Maybe.
– Cross-promoting relevant products
Sound good even though I cannot imagine a certain situation.
