I cannot respond to this question clearly. At initial email or inquiry, a client often does not explain who they are, what they do, what problem they are facing. I also have no clue about the scope of work, such as what CMS(Contents Management System) they want to use, WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, etc. It relates to the backend work of web hosting.
I would like to mention a piece of basic information for an estimate.

It basically takes 3 weeks. I take the process below. If you have a clear vision, the span becomes shorter, but in my experience, it does not happen frequently.

I am providing a brand identity and brand guidelines as a package. In 2020, any business needs to use social media and engage with a target audience. I design all the audience touchpoints based on your brand guidelines. You can keep the consistency of your brand in any media.
I don’t recommend to use my service for just logo creation. It will cost the client and less impact on the client’s business. I am sure you can find better/cheaper service for it on the internet.
I will show multiple options, at least 3 plans. It depends on how you describe the project at the beginning. If you look for a specific style, please share the image as a reference. I respect your preference.
The brand identity development process is below. It takes approximately 3 weeks. In general, I create a logo that is relevant, distinctive, simplicity and scalable. It will shorter if your feedback is quick and clear.

You can ask for modification 2 times per-process in 3 weeks(branding/web design project). Even so, I often correspond to modification more than that. Please feedback within 48 hours, keep a schedule as a professional. Please don’t back and forth once you agreed at each design process. I will get done a project on time if we respect our time.
Absolutely. You get a vector file, jpg, png, PDF, and an Ai(Adobe Illustrator) file. You can use the logo design file for stationery and brand marketing, including business cards, letterhead, envelope, brochure, presentation folders, social media, website, email marketing, and any other designs your business may require.
I deep listen to what you want at the first meeting. I define the problem and goals of a project. Then, I propose a plan/direction in each designing process and confirm with you. I don’t have much experience with this push back.
A 50% deposit is basically non-refundable. However, if I provide responsible service, missed a deadline or get an inevitable illness, a client can negotiate how much value I provide at that moment. I will correspond with the client sincerely.
I basically don’t work on the client project at an hourly rate. Hourly rate is unclear the client’s cost until the project is completed. I keep transparent in the design process. Therefore, at the beginning of the project, we will meet with you to talk about your budget and how we can help.
Brand identity, style guide(brand guidelines), website materials belong to you as your business assets. The copyright will be shared, a client and Open Bookmarks Co.. There is no hidden fee for that.
Some graphic(printing) files are held by Open Bookmarks co. in order to protect copy and paste(reuse) without paying appropriate fees. If a client needs an original file, please mention it before a project. It influences an estimate.
I will use what I have created with a client on a portfolio and social media for marketing purposes. I believe that it has both benefits a client and Open Bookmarks Co..
I have experience in Woo-commerce(WordPress) development. In 2020, I have becomes a Shopify partner to meet customers’ requests. Either way, I will contribute to achieving your goal.
I generally use Bluehost. It is not the best(speed), but the friendly price and enough support. I recommend searching for it on YouTube. There are many companies and price range. I can say that please don’t choose the cheapest one at the first term. It might be higher than other web hosting companies once you re-contract(second term).
Nowadays, people search for information on mobile. Google prefers a mobile-friendly website. Laptop-first or mobile-first depends on your business and target audience. Anyway, I develop a responsive website.
There are 2 ways to name your domain. Just whatever you like or how your target audience searches for your business. Generally, a good domain is short, unique, and memorable. In my experience, the location(city) name has relatively advantageous for SEO.
Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of improving the quality and quantity of website traffic to a website or a web page from search engines. I install the SEO keywords on your website.
If you need an advanced SEO service, please feel free to ask me. I will show you what I can do. It requires a 6 months contract(minimum) for comparing the result.
I am working with professional creators, illustrators, photographers, programmers, motion designers,s and copywriters, in the world. I can propose a content strategy that has an advantage for SEO.
The client can use a check or a credit card either a convenient way. E-transfer and Square(+3%) are also available.
I ask for a 50% deposit when kicking off a project. The rest 50% is paid within 15 days after the project completes.
Yes. I like collaboration with other creators in the world. I make the responsibility and scope of work clear at the beginning.
It depends on your requirements. I have experience of the day work. I work quickly, but the short term work sacrifices quality. I don’t have time to think of ideas, review and improve a design.
It indicates that this person is not professional, cannot manage their own project. Both a client and I may be going to feel unsatisfied in the end.
