Story: Reach target audience
We have no doubt that what the biggest social media is. It’s Facebook. In 2021, over 2.8 billion/7.7 billion(world population) people are using Facebook. As you see, it’s massive.
The majority of companies have a Facebook Page. My clients also have Facebook Page normally. However, not many clients do use Facebook efficiently. I think there is an opportunity to manage a Facebook account.
How can I give value to clients on Facebook? One of the measuring methods is the number of likes/comments/followers. To giving value to clients, I searched for how to use Facebook Groups.

*As a test, I uploaded a couple of cover images. I could not delete them from the media on a laptop. You can delete them on mobile. Tricky.

Conclusion: Increase engagement
Regardless of my personal preference, using Facebook can be beneficial to a client. At the sales funnel, Facebook is used for awareness. Small business was a struggle to reach a target audience in the past. Compare to the past, we are lucky era. Advertising is not a lottery anymore.
