I am in Canada and the affordability of real estate is a huge topic. I often watch US media and it sounds the same. Basically, Vancouver real estate is a collapsed. Earning and house pricing is mismatched. Ordinally people have no chance to buy a house, over 1 million. For instance, I can buy a house in Japan for $300K. In the United States, it sounds like $500K(size is totally different compared with Asia and the cheaper price is available. In Vancouver, it is impossible for these prices.). Anyway, homeless people are increasing every day. I can see so many tents on Main St and Hasting St in Summer 2022.
I sometimes saw a project which requires a real estate listing. I was wondering which solution relates to, WordPress theme or WordPress plugin. I could find both solutions. I use several WordPress themes, Divi, Avada, Elementor etc. So, I don’t want to discover other themes here.
I would like to gather some choices for WordPress plugins, less than 5, even though I don’t have a plan to create it right now.

Buying a house/condo is a once-a-time life event for ordinary people. Paying for a plugin won’t be an issue. However, I don’t know how many upsell products we need. It makes me hesitate a little bit.
I have not compared each product yet. I have to organize what functions I need at first, but I would like to try Estatik Real Estate Plugin. Pricing and impression is good for me.

Conclusion: Where the contents come from?
Now, I know how to develop a real estate(listing) website, but where do we find the contents, like information of the residence/office/commercial?
Sellers should be able to upload the information themselves. So, user registration may be fundamental. If a seller uses outsourcing, a real estate agency, they should be able to take care of listing instead of a seller. I picked up some plugins above and these plugins have good reviews. We can test them without fear.
